What do you think?
Not sure whether to fall on the floor laughing or weep. Post your thoughts below. Don't spend time contemplating. What was your gut reaction?
"Syndee" said it: In America we have "lost ourselves" and the forest is her "cathedral."
I think she nailed the problem, but like M said, they are trying to fill themselves with the wrong thing. Creation vs. Creator.--Not to say we can't be upset about how we've treated our planet, but let's keep a little perspective! Sad.
Gut reaction: They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator — who is forever praised. Amen. (Romans 1:25)
Next reaction: Where do you find this stuff? This is crazy!
Interesting reactions. Pretty much in line with mine, however I began to wonder how the lost around me would be impacted if I was half as broken for them as these people are trying to be for their beloved trees.
BTW, Rob - I'm not sure how I always end up with these crazy links. Someone will bring them to my attention. My readers just get the benefit of my nerd network without the pain of the nerdiness.

how sad that their passion is misfocused.
Wonder what kind of drugs they had here. . . .
hmmmm. . .I saw crazy people. These are people that care DEEPLY for trees? My question, OF COURSE, is what was that drum made of?
